EveUK - calling from London It was an inspirational spotlight on Putin - the Man - still proving that the Real Russian is not afraid to be a Real MAN - so, for World image - it was good - so many world leaders now are nothing but self-seeking-scheming ratlike creatures - with noses like pig-snouts stuck in any barrel made for fame seeking greed merchants.Putin is never that and he shows respect for his peoples. It was also great promotion for Russia as a Great Country - almost like another planet on its' own - offering every wealth of creation and experience imaginable - a nation worth protecting and saving. It was breathtaking in that aspect of presentation. I was only surprised that the President had no chest hairs ! but - perhaps that is a stereotype expectation - so, I put that down to my own fault.... he certainly showed rugged energy and passion for the beauty of life we already have accessible - free of charge - and not a McDonalds in sight ... Heaven appears .... Eve

I think Putin makes a very good flawless impression ,with symbolical human touch.I hope he can continue to do it in reality -as there is no true human touch in Obama . I always believed that the west were giving the Russians a qualified hard time ,and not the other way around .Now with USA inside areas they promised to stay out of ,to archive disarmament ,just a few decades ago ,its in the clear that US is aggressor in action everywhere ,just because that's United States business - war ! Russians,Chinese and India ,just want to get on with business ,and they all have the greedy Wall street bankers to support ,as US is secretly supporting all opposition groups everywhere .

I am University educated at Phd level. I have credits on my University record -- part of history of Russia history and exact complilation of details of communist history. I have studied much of change from USSR to CIS and on going. I am sorry that my naive comments were not acceptable for inclusion about Putin and the Siberian summer vacation. We are all common guys at some level of the universe. We share basic qualities with proletarian in type. Peace.

The natural beauty of Russia is beyond any doubt. As about the way that Putin chose to spend his vacations, let me just say that he has sett an excellent example for the rest of the saw called Russian economic and political elite that emerged after the collapse of the USSR, to follow. Simple vacations that demonstrate the humility that any elite should have - as set by the examples of the ancient greet tragedies - during which they should try to reconcile themselves with the nature and the people of Russia. An excellent example and paradigm. Well done Putin. PS: I of course have a PhD from a British University. Not that this should substitute the validity of my comments. I just though that I should point this out as it seems that some other readers tend to make a big face about these things. What ever we do in life, it is good for ourselves about all, nothing more nothing else.

P. M. Putin is cool. He looks like he could fit into any situation or do any job/career. This is unusual for most politicians. Most politicians are so impressed with themselves and their career that they lose touch with common people.

Mr Putin is the perfect example of how a leader should be. At the present time, Russia is very lucky. Could you lend us your Primer-Minister to put France back on track. RTTV is very kind; you don't publish certain of my comments concerning our actual leadership; not only in France but in all that amalgam of royal republics, mafiosi republics and decadent monarchies with their thousands of useless and needless leech. Sorry Future European Generations ! Best Regards... Jean-Claude Meslin
