RT anchor wins TV award

RT's very own Kevin Owen has been awarded Russia's most prestigious TV gong as best news anchor. The TEFI national award has been given to best TV programmes and personalities since 1994.

I am very pleased to see a Cardiff lad doing so well. I used to be friends with Kevin's late father when he ran the Military Museum in Cardiff Castle, and met Kevin in The Goat Major regards Jim Paterson
