That is what Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said Thursday, commenting on the security situation in southern Russia, which has deteriorated in recent months.










All this is why the President of Chechnya likely has a secure position. Who would be able to take his place and control that republic? So he will likely continue to be an embarassment to the Russian leadership and the favorite villain of all human rights workers.
