Foreign ministers from Russia and the European Union have held a media briefing following a meeting in St. Petersburg.
French FM, Bernard Kouchner, Czech FM, Karel Schwarzenberg, EU Commissioner for External Relations and Neighbourhood Policy, Benita Ferrero-Waldner, and EU Foreign Policy Head, Javier Solana joined the partnership talks with Russian FM Sergey Lavrov hosting the event.
