Houses are expensive and not everybody is able to buy it. However, loan was invented to help people in such kind of situations.

Forests in Russia is a lungs and oxygen to the whole world, the consequences of these fires affect the environment around the world, burned hundreds of thousands of hectares of forest, burning vast areas, there is no rain all summer long and terrible heat. Everything is so dry, that can ignite how gunpowder. Firefighters are not able to stew, not enough equipment, machinery and water. Now there is no wind , but scary to think what would happen if the wind will blow.

That means more Antonov hydroplanes will be needed...

Masha I usually try to make a donation through Red Cross or a similar organization, but it all depends on whether they are invited in by the host country. It seems the Russia government is able to help the burned-out people so far. I just wonder if they will have a place to stay during the winter.

Is there a way to help the fire victims from abroad?

Man-made global warming is a hoax and part of the NWO (New World Order) agenda. Some elites are using "global warming" in order to push their agenda on One World Government which is allegedly needed in order to regulate global issues related to "global warming". The most knowledgeable man on the planet on atmosphere and climate change Dr. Richard S. Lindzen from MIT says that in 50 years it could be cooler, warmer or the same as today, and chances to be cooler are the same as chances to be warmer. Yes mankind does affect climate but this impact is extremely insignificant comparing to impact of the entire Earth's atmosphere, Earth's periodic changes in its path and position/orientation towards the Sun, Sun's periodic changes... If mankind counties to burn as much fossil fuels as it likes in the next 100 years there will be change in only 1 / 2000th (that is 0,05%) of the Earth's atmosphere.

On al-Jazeera last night we saw at least FOUR stories on the same broadcast related to global warming: floods in Pakistan and Afghanistan; drought in Niger; drought in the United States (over Dam); floods in China and ofcourse record high temperatures and fires in Russia. In other parts of the world there are record cold temperatures (yes, this TOO is part of global warming. There are few places in the world where people are observing "normal" weather patterns. Foney-bal oney???!

This isn't global warming. This is a hot summer after 3 cold summers. The past winters were mild. This last winter was extremely cold. We say the colder the winter the hotter the summer. Some people are watching snow in S.America. There is just money and politics in that stuff. Fighting real pollution is the key to a good environment. @ the HAARPers, it is nonsense... It is to stimulate the ionosphere. Study where the ionosphere is... Now look at the stratosphere which is 10-50km high. The basis of this being used in every natural disaster is because people lack knowledge about this program. I still smell smoke here from all the fires and some days the smog is bad. Today is one of those days. I live by an airfield where specialized helicopters are flying. They are literally making non stop trips back and forth working around the clock. I pray they will be alright. I just naturally worry about the amount of work not only the pilot but the helicopter itself endures. Their work is important, hopefully more lives and property will be spared.

We have to fight and invent new technology to concure few types of natural disaster it include flooding, wildlife fire ect.It is very sorrow to see the distruction of wild life as well as human socity living near by . The house that we see burninig are just not a house its a home where people have their life, dream, tradition & cluture and all of it just destroyed by a simple drought and wildlife fire.We humans are strong we should fight the nature rather surrending ourself in its faith.A new technology has to be invented to tackle wildlife fires which should be cost effective too i have seen the use of aircraft with water bucket hold but that is not economical i have an idea and i want to disscuss it.What we need is mid-air floating station made up of light weight materials as platform and a number of hydrogen gas baloon to lift it up in the atomsphere were it can withstand the simple load of water pipe from some source nearby and it will provide us with required amount of water to fight with the fire below in forest where approche from ground is diffcult and it will be a new equipment to fight fire from above.

a possible relation of wild fires in Russia to the haarp-project are widely spread in the web. I am interested, what the prof. fulltime journalists are able to say/write about that.

It isn't phony baloney global warming - it's our Glorious Imperial HAARP Machine in Alaska. Send all your vodka to Al Gore at once or we'll turn Russia into another Sahara Desert.

I just watched a report on CNN about the forest & bog fires gripping Russia. It's a terrible sight to see peoples homes burn. We have this every year in the US and we know what Russia is going through. Maybe it is global warming, who really knows? I hope for the best for the displaced people.

Moscow is becoming a mixture of the heatwave in Washington, DC and the fires in southern California. Welcome to GLOBAL WARMING! You even experience a Washington rain storm, the result of extreme heat and humidity. Maybe Moscow and Washington have a lot more in common than people think!
