Russia to strengthen intelligence service

Russia’s President Vladimir Putin has vowed to strengthen the country's intelligence services abroad. Speaking to the heads of Russian forces, he suggested the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) should expand the scope of its activities.
He wants to see more information gathering that will make decision making by Russia's leaders easier.
