Russian enclave opens aviation hub (The Peninsula)

Russia's Baltic enclave of Kaliningrad launched a 60-million-dollar aviation hub yesterday in a Kremlin-backed bid to stem its isolation from the Russian mainland and open it up to Western Europe.
