Russian Navy set for U.S. backyard exercise

The Russian Navy has confirmed that a fleet of warships belonging to the Russian Northern Fleet is preparing to cross the Atlantic Ocean and head for the Caribbean.

It would be ideal if the US and Russia got along. That won't happen. They will need to go to war first to see who has the bigger... They've played the proxy wars for a long time, and it got them no where. It might the time they square off, and we watch It something which should happen. Like two brothers agitating for a fight to see whose better, eventually they have a knock down, drag down fight. Nothing romatic or ideal, it's human nature. The rest of us however, should prepare. The squaring off has begun.

This story is a year old.The fact that Russian military ships are visiting the west does not bother me at all. Many here in the USA believe that Russia has not been treated fairlr the last few years.Russia has done many things to try and get along with the West ...yet they are still treated like our enemies The Russians that I know are hard working and honest people. They do very well when they immigrate to the USA. They are very clean in their personal habits and make good additions to the local communities. The American women swoon over the pictures of Mr. Putin with his shirt off. I believe it is a very good time to improve relations with mother Russia. We have many of the same problems that faces Russia.Working together the USA and Russia can achieve a better lifestyle for all of our citizens. We need to cooperate with each other in the War on Terror.
