Russian officers convicted of killing Chechens

Two Russian Interior ministry officers have been found guilty of shooting Chechen civilians by a court in Rostov-on-Don.
Evgeny Khudyakov and Sergey Arakcheev were sentenced to seventeen and fifteen years in prison respectively for killing three construction workers in the
One of the defendants did not show up and was sentenced in his absence.
Both men had denied the charges.
