Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov has held talks with Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao. A source in the Russian government said that Russia is ready to lay a section of the Eastern Siberia-Pacific oil pipeline to China if Beijing can guarantee oil p
