Sanctions against Russia find no support with PACE

The Bureau of the Council of Europe's Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) hasn’t supported sanctions against its Russian members following the conflict in South Ossetia, says the head of Russia's delegation, Konstantin Kosachev.
