Police hardware showcased near Moscow

Russia's law enforcement units have demonstrated their skills and latest weaponry on Thursday as part of the international Interpolitex-2009 security exhibition.
Among other devices, a new siege vehicle and a robotic platform meant to aid crime fighters were showcased in the Moscow Region.
The day culminated in a massive exercise as several special service teams stormed a building, which, according to the scenario, was being held hostage by a heavily armed gang.
