Russia’s balloon defense

For the past three years, Russia has bolstered its army by literally blowing itself up. Although the new hardware is completely incapable of causing damage to anything, it's proving to be an invaluable piece of kit.
this is great stuff.. trust me, this is awesome and by the way, it doesn't cost a dime, compared with real wepons, .. this is something like 1000 euroes for a tank that immitates tank on radar, heat signiture etc.. for only 1k euroes?? it is great news.. i can already see a sea of fake wepons .. bravissimo.. keep up the smart work... remember russia, illusion is often more powerfull than reality..
Decoys are very effective, as witnessed in the criminal NATO attacks on Yugoslavia in 1999. Most NATO ordnance landed on decoys, both saving real Yugo combat equipment and helping to deplete NATOs supply of precision-guided munitions. Additionally, the mere presence of convincing anti-aircraft decoys will force enemy aircraft to adopt a more conservative plan to minimise the risk from AA defenses. NATO was forced to attack Yugo military from 10,000 feet due to this conern, limiting the effectiveness of NATO operations and further enhancing the effect of the decoys.

I am from Bulgaria and I like Russia veru much but why do you rely on fake weapons??Why do you spend money on such things? You think that will scare someone?!Americans are meaking real weapons which are better than the russian,I am not happy with this but that is true. You should change something in your system,if you want to make progress
