"Number one heart centre in the world" - that is just funny. There is no way Russia has the number one anything, look at the condition of its hospitals, everything is falling apart. There is no way that Russia has such equipment to even carry something out like this, that is why all the rich sick politicians go to Western Europe for treatment.
