An Austrian politician has been caught with his pants down by a hidden camera in a forest. The incident has led to local activists debating privacy violation and data protection after the man got snapped while having sex in the forest.

Article reads "it is forbidden to walk within the 400-meter radius of land which is monitored".

S o there is no cause for privacy breach, he is a trespasser, no need to look further! Imagine some thief comes into your house - which is forbidden, he gets caught on camera and asks for compensation because he was filmed?

Now if that area was forbidden but there was no sign, how could he know it was protected?

I think the cameras meant to take pictures of animals but not non-animals (so called) pictures so these pictures needs to be deleted after paying penalty for trespassing restricted area by local politician!
