If this is a genuine article, I don't think this group quite understands how the reward system works. It reads more like a joke,  offer a low reward because the "target" has no worth!!!! If the target has no value, why kill him/her?

Trust me, the large majority of Americans would like the rest of the world to go on with their lives, as would we. Our govt is out of control, Our "elected" officials need to be unelected, and we really, REALLY would like to just have a life of work, leisure, and enjoying life.

To those of you who have never been to the Mid-East, this is a joke. The wives of Europeans often encounter guides and locals who offer an estimate of say 50-100 camels in a flattering gesture. 10 Camels is not flattering, hence the joke. Obama will be laughing over this one!!

It reminds of such a bounty offered by a local tribesman here years ago for Clinton when the Americans fired cruise missiles into Afghanistan. He had then offered a sum of 150 US dollars for Clinton's head. When asked if it wasn't too small an amount for the head of American president, he replied 'No, the head of American President is not worth more than that' !!
