South Ossetian government dissolved by president

The President of the breakaway republic of South Ossetia, Eduard Kokoity, has announced that he’s signed a decree concerning the resignation of the republic’s government, according to Lenta.ru information agency.
He also reportedly said he signed decrees about declaring a state of emergency in South Ossetia and forming an emergency commission for the restoration of the capital Tskhinvali and its outskirts.
At a government session, held on Sunday, Kokoity severely criticised the cabinet for procrastinating with the distribution of humanitarian aid and the ineffective carrying out of orders.
