Renewable energy is a Government funded pantomime show so we won't notice the approaching cliff. It's a joke.

Too many people, too little time, not enough resources. The solution is fairly obvious to any thinking person.

Hey, Spain had the greatest economy in Europe just a few years ago, what happened? Oh, I forgot. They went to a so-called "green" energy system.

@nerO O

EU(EEC) provided economic aid, so the Portuguese people chose western way for increased wages, they simply allowed EU to buy them. Now, when the whole western economy is crumbling, who is to blame that Portugal is crumbling too? Nobody is going to provide aid to you anymore to keep your wages higher. So Portuguese people can enjoy their capitalism.

I feel sorry for these people, but nothing is going to change until they understand what mistake they (or their fathers) did and how to avoid it in the future.

The re is no easy way out of this situation, and protests against austerity won't help.

"10 or 20 years is a long time, and a lot of people were very young at the time or simply unaware of certain deals being made by their government"
The whole population weren't able to notice the skyrocketing debt, one of the major economic indicators, but now they all became economic experts.

&q uot;Certainly yourself are not aware of every deal"
Yeah, probably they weren't aware of joining EU as well...

Of course it's easier to blame anyone else and insult anyone who tells you the truth, but it was Portuguese people who voted for this government, voted for western "democracy" ;, voted for joining EU.

Germany must leave the EU NOW! Currency union failed & w/o issuing Eurobonds defaults are inevitable
