I love the fact,delegates from more than 70 countries,gathered in St.Petersburg for a economic Forum,with intent on defining and resolving World's post financial architecture .I also like the fact that Russia Finance Minister,has called for the Monetary Fund to be reformed,as well other Financial Institutions.
