Deflection ,ie talk about something else (the Kurds), is a classic tactic and hardly impressive.

I reelly hope that they get an independent state soon, comprising parts of Iran, Syria, and Turkey." just quick note that: I did not make this post. The New World Order the CIA operator- the liar posted this comment; I did not make above comment. I’ve busy fighting in another blog the grandchildren and the great grand children of Hitler.

I noticed in this piece that RT has stopped using the term 'Activists' coined by the western MSM to describe the terror gangs operating in Syria. The term foreign armed opposition seems to be more apropriate.

By all means let every human being with eyes colors of whatever have their own nation state and government and but of course then, freedom.

Why not all human beings get to be special and chosen and the name separation from human being gets evolved?

In other words, every human that needs to have a special ID to breathe on earth, can throw away that dumb idea and simply take a step in to the reality zone, there are only humans doing life.

Separat e as much from the species as one thinks and the truth always comes around in time to remind we earthlings, there is no separation in death, gone in an invisible moment where time's mystery still rules.

Growin g up is the hard part about our journey in the universe's natural home where we gravity balance only so long as flesh.

Rather than a thorn in his side, the Kurds remain the ace up Assad's sleeve.

The rebel militia groups operating in Syria owe much of their success, albeit limited, to their Turkish safe haven.

The Kurds have, for their part, remained neutral, but have the potential to allow Assad to fight fire with fire. Assad could make concessions and convince them that their interests lie in supporting the present Government. The Kurds number in their millions. The Syrian Government can cause huge problems for the Turkish authorities by providing a safe haven of their own for Kurds in the north-east of Syria; a semi-autonomous region and a base from which to launch their own guerrilla tactics against the Turks.

The threat of this might at least cause the Turks to reconsider their position, but could also galvanize their opposition to Assad.

Hmm...
Good point, but allowing the Kurds an autonomous region could lead to the disintergration of Syria into factions. That then can be used on an individual basis against Assad by the West, who have had friendly relations with the Kurds in northern Iraq.

It is funny when RT says Kurds have felt like outsiders in their own land. What land are you talking about? Kurds have no land, no history, and if you want the truth they are considered invaders and occupiers much like turks and arabs. The land belongs to the old people like Assyrians who been stripped off their existance and denied their rights to exist. Not to forget the massacre of Assyrians by Turks , Kurds, Arabs with the help of English men where 800 thousands people were killed and yet nobody speaks about it. Why does not the UK admit that they have done wrong in the past! it is too bad and shameful really.

Russia,China,India and members of NAM should officially indict the US government to Hague for sponsoring state terrorism, financing hit squads, training mercenaries and the crime of aggression in Middle east and North Africa.Once they been prosecuted, then secondary sponsors such as UK,Saudi,Qatar and Israel, would soon learn their lessons.I am sure Putin will take a complete approach on international terrorism, once he is in Kremlin, unlike president Medvedev`s irresponsible foreign policy of putting up with warmongering west at all cost,in a subservient  manner. You don`t put up with rabid dogs, you put them down. This is the only  language imperialists can understand.
