Syrian frontier guards are battling militants who have infiltrated from Turkey, as the army deploys troops to quash hostile forces trapped in the mountains. The clashes highlight claims outside forces are actively fueling the conflict in Syria.

had a fceire battle in a German Forum with some Hasbara stooges regarding the expulsion of the Zionist ambassador from Ankara , but now I am back again.I read the FP article which Dr. Soros had sent you and your reply to him.In my vanished post I had written , that I completely share the opinion of our esteemed empty and would endorse each and every point.( Of course I am far away from that point to link myself to our most knowledgable empty ma nokhodi hastim )In my opinion Ayatollah Khamenei has immensely grown with his tasks and the heavy burden on his shoulder over the last couple of years and I am amazed if not astonished by his unshakable steadfastness in the MOST complicated and complex country in the world under severe domestic and international circumstances. My simple explanation is that Ayatollah Khamenei is a TRUE believer and a most appropriate successor of the late Imam Khomeini (RA) and God Almighty is with him.I think that during the last 10 months I have not missed a single speech of Khamenei and I regret to have ignored' him in all the years before. It is this overall sustainable feeling that you have , that with him you do not need to worry about any topic in state affairs whatsoever , a feeling which the Italian , German , American , Greek , Spanish , Irish , Portugese etc. people ( or sheeple :-)) probably do NOT have.In short Khane Bi Sahab Nist Regarding your grandios 9/11 post , this was really not fair , now I have to read it 10 times to understand half of it :-)
Turkey might get involved! Turkey being part of NATO would get plenty of help (and a promise of fast track to the E.U.) "Friends of Syria" are holding their second meeting in Turkey next month where they will probably recognize the Syrian National
Council as the legitimate representative of the Syrian people...then
the Syrian National Council will receive arms and "communication"
advisers. The third meeting of the "Friends of Syria" will be hosted by
France. I don`t think Turkey will stand by if Syria starts butchering Muslim refugees at their border.
By the end of this month a third American carrier battle-group centered
on the USS Enterprise will join the two existing battle-groups on
station, the USS Carl Vinson and the USS Abraham Lincoln. In addition
the US has yet another group available at short notice from its Pacific
fleet. The French carrier-strike group centered on the Charles de Gaulle
is also expected in the region....plenty to enforce a no-fly zone over
Syria for the Turks. The Big question would be "will Iran back their talk with action" ?
Queen Pilay, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights - has a sealed list of Syrian personnel destined for the gallows. She will only make them known at her imperial pleasure, by dispatching through her messenger to the Lord Chief justice with instructions: “Off with their heads!”
Is keeping the list an attempt to terrify every Syrian who is fighting foreign terrorists and local insurgents? If so, how can this be a professional conduct? How can they expect the Syrian regime to, even, give her the time of day?
She is not alone at the UN Secretariat playing these lethal games. Ban Moon Ky, Yukiya Amano of the IAEA proved past masters at it.
One recalls the attack of temporary deafness that Mr. Ban Moon Ky suffered as Israel was pounding Gaza with phosphorous bombs, and his current inability to hear the scream of the people of Bahrain for help?
One recalls the search of Amano of the IAEA once he was ensconced, in the old and discredited Iran files, bringing life some we learnt from the US that they were forged in the US!
One needs not to go that far with Her Imperial majesty. In December last, she produced a number of for those “killed by the Syrian regime.” She was asked for the missing proof in the submission: the list of the dead, and their addresses. None was available! No names, no addresses. It happens that the number was the same number used by the 'Syrian National Council'!
Did she eat humble pie? Never! Royalty do not do that. They just continue to lie. The spokesperson of her spokesperson's spokesperson announced: "We will no longer provide the number of dead; it is difficult to verify!"
You might say “good enough!” But three days ago, Her Imperial Majesty screamed through another sequence of spokespersons that the “number of dead have now reached 7000!”
Probably job descriptions at the UN Secretariat do state: "Ready to lie when asked to!" but then, how many would really want such a job!

&n bsp; USMC Veteren [sic] personifies the greatest fear of the ruling circles of the US/NATO axis; that the emergence of a new alliance for peace, progress, and prosperity made up of the new Eurasian Union proposed by Putin and the PRC will ruin the carefully laid plans of said axis for endless wars, destruction, and neo-colonial rule on the Eurasian landmass. He is not going to like what is already in the initial stages of its development; a resurrection of the Sino/Soviet military alliance for peace, as existed during the late 1940`s-early 50`s, when Stalin and Mao were both in power. It will usher in a new golden age of peace, allowing people to at least go about their day to day business withou t having to worry about the exploding drones of the US/NATO axis criminals disru pting their lives.

Assad will follow the same path as Gaddafi, killed by his OWN people.
For all you Russians out there, your time as a super power is over, you have a choice be the lackey of the PRC or be the indispensable ally of the US/NATO/ASEAN countries against a resurgent China.
As the saying goes it is better to be ruled by one tyrant a thousand miles away(the US if you can't figure it out) then one thousand tyrants one mile away(again the PRC if you can't figure it out).
Otherwi se Russia is going to experiance what eastern Europe experianced first hand from the old Soviet Union only this time the PRC is the overlord.
The funny thing is, your argument is based off of feelings and not facts. You have an idea about what the US is, just as you have an idea of what the PRC is. Now, when it comes to China invading foreign countries, I can only think of one, the 1979 invasion of Vietnam. The United States on the other hand has invaded more countries and overthrown more regimes (dictatorships and democratically elected ones) than I could even begin to list. So tell me, why is China the real threat? Where in the world are people dying because of Chinese boots on the ground? You need to rethink what it means to be a force of good in the world.

"Trapped?" Aren't the Syrian rebels colluding with the Turks & their NATO mercs in Turkey?....No doubt the NATO forces are staging their attacks on Syria from Turkey & Iraq.....And....the rebel forces probably also re-group in Turkey while their civilian allies get pounded to death in Hom
UN flags Syrian human rights violations, HA! Today a group of terrorists in Syria stormed the family home of a couple and their four children. The terrorists then handcuffed all of the family members and proceeded to kill them all using knives. Human rights, ha! I am praying for a total demolition of these so called ‘freedom fighters’.
On the so called Libyans being trained in Jordan: the Syrian government would be well within its rights to launch an air raid on their training camp in Jordan – the Blackwater facility in Amman. Few would mourn the loss.
Re: witek- By Zionist, do you mean someone who would like to see the Jewish people live in peace in Israel? Well then, I and millions of others around the world would be a "Zionist" by your definition. Do I think that there is a global conspiracy of "Zionists" with some vague international goal...no I do not.You and others constantly quote from a fictional document. Per Wikipedia- "The Protocols of the Elders of Zion or The Protocols of the Meetings of the Learned Elders of Zion is a antisemitic hoax purporting to describe a Jewish plan for global domination." It was written by a Russian Secret Agent to whip up anti-semitism. Per Wikipedia again, " It is also one of the best-known and most-discussed examples of literary forgery, with analysis and proof of its fraudulent origin going as far back as 1921."Having spent 35 years in the medical field, I would need more proof that that of a known forgery. If you have anything else to show me, please do so!

"Medvedev, Ahmadinejad oppose Foreign Interference in Syria " I wish i could punch your ugly stupid broke russian ugly faces in myself, your a bunch of drunk puppets, thats why you vote with Iran and China the scum of the planet, F off and rot in hell you ruskie trash!!! I pray you get 20 years more of that midget putin!!
Islamofascists and Wahabbism are the two greatest threats in the world today. I would describe these as people who think it is legitimate to kill someone else simply because they won't believe in Islam. There is no parallel to these people in modern history save the Nazis. I agree such elements are part of the resistance to Assad in Syria. I would also agree they will continue to provoke violence on only in Syria, but wherever a destablized government or security apparatus will allow them freedom of movement (like Somalia or Yemen)
For interest sake, many here are probably not aware of the mini civil war that took place in the US in 1970 when unarmed students were gunned down by national guardsmen at Kent State. Massive unrest followed, the President had to actually be evacuated and surrounded by the 82nd airborne for a time. Lots of critism followed and what stands out to me were the findings of the President's commission who looked into the issue and concluded "the indiscriminate firing of rifles into a crowd of students and the subsequent deaths that followed were unnecessary, un warranted, and inexcusable." The point is it never happened in the US again. The issues of responsibility were settled in civil court rather than criminal court.
Havi ng grown up during the Civil Rights movement in the US and having watched a remarkable turnaround in race relations in a few generations, I can say with certainty that had Martin Luther King picked up guns in his fight or had Kent State  ;been responded to with violence the outcomes would have been very different. &nbs p; Governments everywhere must stop repression. People who try to control others at the point of the gun deserve eradication. &n bsp; But I'm not convinced the Syrian resistance consists entirely of terrorists, Wahabbis, and Islamofascists.  ; Brutal one party rule has been a hallmark of Assad's family. The future Syria is a place where I think everyone would agree that peaceful protests won't be suppressed with gunfire and murder.
I have red your comments on present sabject and also in the past.
It is dificult to understand there ara still many people like you so hopelessly stupefied by western propaganda. If, by any chance, you are not Zionist, I would like to qoute a statement from "The Protocols of the Elders of Zion".
" We will make Goyim not to see what is in front of their eyes".
Good, I hope the Syrian security forces destroy as many of these Islmaist terrorists as possible. I hope that in Syria the Al Qaeda/NATO alliance fails and they are not able to "do a Libya" on this secular state where religious minorites live in freedom and peace. If the Islamofascist terrorists succeed, they will slaugher Christians, Shia and other minorities and impose Sharia law.
