Syria’s President Assad has promised “ten Afghan wars” if the West intervenes in his country’s internal affairs.

Dear readers and analysts, the win of change storming through the middle-east has came to its end. Syria will not fall for the western desire to naturalize the whole area for the benefit of Israel. So try another scrip that might work before its too late.
dictators always fall
@Alek KUseful? Useful to those that want to start with a no fly zone and then progress to bombings and missile attacks and perhaps invasion... Iraq, Libya,... neither China nor Russia will allow it in Syria.Well they wont let them use the UN to do it anyway. The know the US is not bound by international law like the rest of us are.
@Alek K, It would also be useful to recognize that is a lie and that there are many many (hundreds or thousands) woun ded Syrian police and army and they report what actually happened. That they were attacked by armed groups of troublemakers, not by their own police or army like the so-called "activists" cited by the misleading western media and al-Jazeera/al-Arabiy a claim.
Furt hermore, these same wounded police and army refute the misleading claims that they were attacked by their own police and army. Calling it ridiculous and it would damage moral, unit cohesion, and would actually cause police or army to turn against each other. That no army would survive if they attacked each other.
"Accor ding to UN calculations, over 3,000 people, both opposition and Syrian law enforcement, have died since the violence broke out in March. Damascus says soldiers and police account for 1,100 of the dead."
Perh aps it would be useful to point out most of the dead soldiers and police were executed by their own commanders -- for refusing to fire on unarmed civilians.

Syria’ s President Assad future will be the same as Gaddafi.
We shall see that, we shall see........... first people of NATO say that Serbia will be defeated in 3-7 days, and 78 days they couldn't do nothing to defeat my father/homeland..... ...... Anyway, I think that Assad know what is the best for his people and that he and Syria won't going to be, a easy pray for nato vultures..........
Russia is as usual acting in pure self interest. They threw Libya to the NATO wolf pack and their mercenaries when it was clear NATO would stop nothing short of Gaddafi assassination a la Iraq, tousands of victims oil grab, hoping to secure a lucrative deal with the NATO mercenaries "NTC". Not even a slight condemn of the gruesome assassination of Gaddafi did pass through the Duma, nothing. On to the next stage of the NWO, what will israel & their western colonies offer Russia to abandon Tartus and stay out of the Syria onslaught? What for Iran? RT is way better than any western corporate media but im sure as it was with Libya, we will know from the tone when the "time is right" to let go of Syria...
&n bsp; Assad should better make good use of the opportunity Russia and China gave him to engage with the rebels. There's indeed, a grievance which should amicably be resolved.
&nb sp;   ; More often than not leaders like himself, flirt with Western governments to secure dodgy lucrative deals from western corporations, which benefit themselves and not their people. It's only when they're in trouble with the big bully, that they see how vital Russia is to them, as far as their own survival is concerned!
&n bsp; &nbs p; Assad should get to business and talk to the rebels. If he fumbles with the chance Russia and China gave him, you bet, he'll have no chance again!
Syria’s President Assad future will be the same as Gaddafi.
Russia and China did the right thing in vetoing the hostile anti-Syria reso lution. Sanctions and other measures would have done great harm to Syria and its people. The ones responsible for killing civilians and police are armed groups of troublemakers that are funded by the same nations pushing for action against Syria. Each reform step done by the Syrian leadership is met with more sabotage because reform is not what the troublemakers are looking for. They are looking to destabilize Syria for their own selfish interests.
