Messing with the voting process on this website's comment section has all the markings of American involvement.

I hope these elections are a success too. That way the nation can tell the west to stop poking their noses into buisness that does not concern them, and shove it! I think Assad will win comfortably, which will see a further escalation of violence from the American, British, French & Israelie terrorists causing further unrest. Why don't the terrorists just curl up into a ball and die? UTS

Marvellous work, Syria! Remember: Self-determination, not imperialism and colonialism, always prevails in the end! A Republic with an elected leader like Assad would triumph over any unelected kings in the region. And that is a human right in itself.
Of course, these hard-earned elections could not have come true without the help of brothers Russia and China, so they deserve credit too!

Now, let's see if any 'elections' make their way into feudalist Bahrain and Saudi Arabia medieval bloody monarchies.

Against the odds Syria has managed to keep to their scheduled elections. Many countries would have collapsed completely under the weight of the difficulties they've faced.  With the aid of Russia and China, the government have overcome the many obstacles placed in their way by the western inspired terror. It's still not certain how things will work out, but it's for the citizens of Syria to say which direction their future should take. We should all support them in that and recognise the pivotal role Russia has played in bringing this about.

Let's hope that these elections will be successful which in turn will force western zionists to shut up and remove their mercenaries from the country. But I am sure that they will do everything in their power to make these elections fail. For this very reason there is almost no coverage of the election topic in the zionist media.

I don't think friends of Syria would be interested in peaceful reforms in Syria, They want civil war, and they don't care how many suicide or car bombs they have to explode in Syria. The only way to stop this is to have several car bombs in Riadth and Doha targeting the motorcade of the despots in there.
