This photo was connected to photos of a ransacked Orthodox Church.  It makes zero sense to say a layman donned priestly garb in photos to get at Assad.  That is, obviously, forbidden.

It is clear that you are a misinfo op.  The easiest misinfo attempt here would be to say that Assad had the church ransacked and had his people pose with the looted vestment and cross to embarrass Assad.  But no, you people choose the stupidest possible idea.
