One must be really stupid to come up with such an idea. It is just bringing more corruption in a country surviving by corruption. It shows how far the US-NATO consorcium will go to fulfill its goal which is the total control of all Earth's natural ressources. Interesting, that the power elite in Davos is looking for a way out with large sums of money. Why I am not surprised at this approach, the majority of them attending the Davos meeting have no concept of the reality of the conditions in the country and and have never personally traveled there. As with majority of the very wealthy and powerful, everything can be brought and sold including peace.
