At least in Japan they're looking out for their people in ways the US doesn't. They test the fish!

Finally the obvious is being related to the public. It is said that the Chenobly plant has yet to release its most potent radioactive surge from its failing cement sarcophagus which holds much of the radioactive release at bay quite precariously (see HBO documentary Chernobly Heart for which the director received the 2004 best documentary at the Oscars). The same holds true I suspect for the Japanese.......

Nuclear Energy can be clean and efficient if people took the responsibility.

I love it how the Nuclear Power Industry always says it is so sorry. Well, Deep apologies don't do anything. Either shut down this insane industry or just stand by and let them make their profits while risking your life in the process. It is a risk they are willing to take. Just keep those checks coming.

Nuclear power industry, massively expensive, corrupt and poisonous to us all.

Anonymous user 23.07.2013 07:52

Shame...
And, wherever they "smell the sea" in Japan, there will be airborne radioactive dusts too.
