Three died, another nine are wounded after a tourist bus has turned over in Smolensk region.

The bus has moved down into a ditch on a highway between Moscow and Smolensk and has turned over, the Ministry of Emergency Measures reports. Three people have died at the scene, nine have got wounds and were taken to hospital.

Accident has occurred in 220 kilometres far from Smolensk. The bus was moving towards Moscow. According to preliminary data, speeding on a wet road became the road was the reason of the crash, the representative of the Ministry of Emergency Measures said.

Police is working at the scene.
