The fact is, Al Qaeda are the result of CIA funding and training. If the CIA ceased to exist, then Al Qaeda would also cease to exist.It dates back to when the soviets fought in afghanistan, the CIA trained militants known as mujahideen guerillas to be used as a force to fight back against soviet russia.
