Crafty Twitter blatently sold their users out and demonstrated their true colors by supplying the archive of tweets from 2010, to companies/organisati ons, without at least consultating account holders beforehand. Moreover, I am sure the account holders never envisaged these tweets were even still available given the fact that account holders themselves can only access up to 7 days of previous tweets, I understand..

I'm sceptical that this latest stance could be largely a ceremonial fassad given Twitter's recent track record. I'll be interested to see how this one pans out..
