Chiesa, the Italian journalist and politician, says it's a very serious issue.
“The Parliament has already voted and the majority of its members have condemned the governments of several European states which supported the illegal actions of the United States on European territory. It's a very serious matter. What if there are other European States who participated? Is there a law in Ukraine that allows the construction of secret prisons in the country? Even if there is, it would be against the laws of the European Union,” he said.
EU investigators have previously accused the CIA of running secret prisons in Poland and Romania to interrogate key terror suspects.
