Also remember that many people who come here to comment are on the Israeli –Payroll   The Israeli government's Foreign Ministry is involved in efforts to influence public opinion on the Internet, just like here on RT comments section. Israel's Foreign Ministry orders Internet propagandists, so called "trainee diplomats," to skew online polls and public forums to conform with the Israeli line. This is an organized effort, using "special 'megaphone ' software," to alert "hundreds of thousands of Jewish activists" so they can manipulate Internet websites and chatrooms to conform with the slant that already permeates mainstream media. http://rep resentativepress.blo gspot.com/2006/07/zi onists-manipulate-pu blic-forums-on.html Amnesty Internat ional is Shilling for US -NATO Wars. So what are they inventing now? I bet I could take an iphone into some parts of the middle east and people would flock around in awe.  --------EN D QUOTE----------

Well that's not quite fair... you can take an iphone to basically anywhere in the world and people flock around in awe. The devices are just that cool. Apple brings us the future :-)

Actually if you do your research you'll find iPhone penetration throughout the Middle East is quite high. About same as the most other parts of the world. Mobile devices of all kinds are common anywhere the world, even places that don't even have fresh drinking water or food due to USA's global oppression.

@ The Monk Very true.
Russia had a chance to step up, before the situation became as it was today, but didnt take it.
We can only hope NATO/US can help Syria now.

To the Monk Monk says the middle ages were a dark time for humanity. No, Monk, the High and Late Middle Ages were indeed a dark time for Europe, but not for the Arabs, ergo not for humanity. The Monk uses the term humanity in much the same way as the US uses ‘international community’. The Middle East at that time was a thriving centre of culture, science and philosophy. Many European philosophers/travele rs of that age stole ideas from the east during their travels. These usurpers would travel to the East – something only their elite could afford – steal ideas from the Arabs and then take them back to Europe and claim them as their own, dazzling their uneducated masses. An example of European backwardness was plainly demonstrated when the Abbasid ruler Harun al-Rashid sent an elephant and a clock to Charlemagne in the year 801. Charlemagne called his priests in to examine the clock and they promptly designated the clock as sorcery. At any rate the middle ages encompasses a time from the 5th century to the 15th so essentially what you are saying is that your people were in darkness for 1000 years. So what are they inventing now? I bet I could take an iphone into some parts of the middle east and people would flock around in awe.

@Ted: The world knows Barbarians s till exist - their stolen address is currently called Israel (real name Palestine) and the barbarian tribe is called the Jews. I like so many find the Jews to be obnoxious, self absorbed narcissist ic, paranoid pieces of excrement. The don't play well with others, in fact they make trouble every where they go as they cannot get along with anyone else. They use everyone - nations, people, etc. for their own self serving ends - more than any other nation except the Useless States which is a Jewish colony till they suck all the life out of it. In short, the need to cease to exist. There needs to be a final - final solution.

Most Americans can not see it because they are busy playing with their iphones, ipods and ipads (nothing wrong with having those for as long as you don't become an slave). Naive Americans must wakeup and stop their criminal scumbag politicians or it will come back to them and bite them, the world is fed up with this selfish American "wild wild west" imperialism behavior and criminal action since 1950's
