Russia, the US is NTO your friend! When are you gonna understand this simple fact? You cannot count on them when it coems to importnant strategic issues. If Russia sees the US evading questions and being non-cooperative, the just drop the issue and take counter-measures which will make the US rethink their idiocy. I miss the old soviet union's foreign policy. They did nto BS around. If the US did something messed up, the SU retaliated. This procedure kept everyone in check and prevented things that are now happening in Syria, Iraq, Iran.
