Russia’s Tula Region is in mourning today (Wednesday) as it buries those who were killed in Sunday's fire at a retirement home. Authorities say the main reasons for the high death toll were the delay in calling firefighters and the poor evacuation procedu
Thirty-two people perished in the blaze in the village of Velye-Nikolskoe.
Nearly 300 survivors are now in temporary accommodation.
It's reported that there are plans to rebuild the facility.
