War of rhetoric: Rice and Lavrov meet

Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his U.S. counterpart Condoleezza Rice have met behind closed doors on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly. This was their first high-level tête-à-tête since the war in the Caucasus region.
