“It is a pity that those who are criticizing Iran have violated themselves their obligations. The US and France have been giving continuously information on nuclear technology to Israel and this is a clear violation, a real double standard,” said Iran’s representative to IAEA Ali Asghar Soltanieh.
IAEA director general Mohamed El Baradei also critisised developed countries who are modernising their arsenals.
He told the conference in Vienna that they are strengthening the case of other states who want to develop their own nuclear programme.
