Recession,well you can call it that,just a natural process ,the west has reached industrial saturation point,There are more countries outside the white man's terrority,it is they turn to develope,they independent now ,and have they own destiny which is out of control from the western race,though they do have still some of they black boys running countries for them, to stagnate they own developments.
