Security services from nearly 60 countries met in the Russian city of Irkutsk to discuss ways of strengthening anti-terrorism cooperation and creating an effective system of information exchange.

Well, I believe there should be more connection and socialism between systems that can be trusted. If we discern the righteousness of a system with a balanced frame of mind, then we will understand the truth behind all counter-terrorism objectives. Kind regards Anton

Modern terrorist are able to operate openly in many countries. Example is LTTE. They establish  Non profitable International organizations.These organizations openly has no connections with LTTE. They buy politicians of western countries to support them.LTTE has legal and illegal businesses operating. all over world. They spend millions of dollars on propaganda. New terrorist groups are forming with new faces following LTTE.
