In Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, a regional hospital doctor refused treatment to a Russian-speaking patient who could not explain his symptoms in the country’s official language.
I think the Estonian media did a good job of covering this controversy. It was a top story in both major news dailies. It's too bad, though, that these are the only kinds of stories about Estonia that Russia Today runs. Its either "rewriting history" or "infringing the rights of Russian speakers." Those must be the only two talking points provided by the Russian Foreign Ministry.

In Estonia the estonians have rights and freedom to speak estonian, even estonian is a doctor!!!!! During the soviet era russians were privileged nation in Estonia but NOT anymore.
