‘Bloodbath that is not a bloodbath': Why Egypt is doomed

15.08.2013 09:25

Egypt's ‘bloodbath that is not a bloodbath’ has shown that the forces of hardcore suppression and corruption reign supreme, while foreign interests - the House of Saud, Israel and the Pentagon - support the military's merciless strategy.

Black folks in America were so hungry to have a "1/2 black" president that they didn't study him first.Obama is a traitor to all African Americans and is a Bolshevik, communist, Zionist puppet.Obama-like Bush- have no soul. They have long since sold that part of themselves to Israel and Satan.Obama is not an American and is not a friend to any race on earth other than the Israelis that he lets mentally and possibly physically sodomize him daily. This is difficult to say but Obama is even worse than Bush and America will never have a black president again simply because of this waste of flesh.

CCJ,

I think you answered your own question when you acknowledged that Morsi was freely and fairly ELECTED to power last year. Egypt started down the line of Democracy with this election and should have used the same mechanism to remove him, if that is what the majority wanted. The Ballot Box was the way to go, not the Bullet and Tank.
As for Islamic countries and democracy going hand in hand, Turkey and Indonesia are reasonable examples of work in progress. Not perfect and still in their infancies, but working nonetheless.
Che cks and balanced take time to establish, but Coups are NEVER the remedy for democratic ills

muslim brotherhood are terrorists, bloody thirsty, fanatics intolerants, savages. I understand escobar's anti-Americanism, etc but put his political choices above people's lives is pathetic. Egypt REJECTED Mursi, the dictator who declared martial law in several places, allow Christians to be killed and even crucified in front of his palace. Churches BURNED with people inside. What makes escobar put quotes on the word terrorism when it comes to this article??? Escobar should think again because Obama is trying to propping up those terrorists MB. PEOPLE of EGYPT SAID NO TO the savages of the muslim brotherhood.

Especially to jack : When was democracy ever prevalent in Egypt? The elections brought a party that abused its power by undemocratically denying human rights and equality and consensus with minorities . Can you name me a single country with a majority (>80%) Islamic population that is interested in checks and balances where elections show a healthy change of government run by antithetical parties and where peaceful debate and joint actions lead to greater stability? Such institutions do not exist by some divine right, and it is wrong to assume that all cultures are capable of such types of governance.

Russia backs Syria who is fighting protesters who are nothing more than al Qaeda muslim brotherhood imports from all over the middle east. The Egyptian government is fighting these same miscreant 7th century savages and they are guilty of tyranny, oppression? Why the duplicity. The people of Egypt want these sharia law savages removed. These are not Egyptians in the street. They are imported proxy fighters.

There is a Dictator in power in Egypt and his name is Sisi.
As for freedom loving people and human rights, how exactly does that square with deposing and locking up an elected leader, shutting down all opposition media, killing almost 1000 protesters, the vast majority of whom were totally unarmed, dissolving the main political Party and bringing back State of Emergency laws.
As for the completely unverified 22 million signatures and over 30 million anti-Morsi protesters on the streets - I believe both figures to be nothing more than over-hyped lies.. Democracy in Egypt is now dead and buried. RIP.

I want to see how would Russia deal with "Protestors&quo t; who are firing at police, and bruning churches, and government buliding, and police?

This western instigated turmoil in Egypt is destroying the nation. It's all about regional control by the American-Israeli-Wes tern Axis. This dividing and conquering first took place in Yugoslavia, then Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and Syria. Lebanon and Sudan are next.

jack 17.08.2013 08:58

Yes, I am sure that the 700+ who have died so far in these protests have all either committed suicide or been shot dead by their friends - and the Army and Riot Police are sainted pacifists. It's not as if they (Army and Police) have a history of doing this............oh wait!!!
None so blind as those who will not see.
Coup was gigantic mistake and thousands will end up dead and the country split for a generation, because of it.
Coups solve absolutely nothing and those who resort to them are either unable to win the arguments on their merits or have no merits at all.
