As an American, I cringe when I hear all these things as in this report. One, truly, according to the principle of the thing, War Powers should only be granted on a two thirds majority in Congress. Two, Writ of Habeous Corpus - if you cannot clearly charge someone, you must let them go. America has slid into darkness through self-pity. And, three, "lack of accoutability" is the key to how America has been 'doing it', 'it' being whatever...

This "lack of accoutability", combined with "plausibile deniability" are the "touchstones&qu ot; of America's way of doing it wants...
