‘The violence in Ukrainian protests comes from protesters themselves’

22.01.2014 13:31

Ultranationalists in Kiev have not only been attacking the police, but also left-wing protesters like feminists, gay rights protesters and labor union activists, Mark Sleboda, professor of international relations at the Moscow State University, told RT.

I was never exactly against killing people, just never really seen a reason to. But the amount of hate an obvious lack of intelligence shown by most East/European and Russians who read this website proves that many people do just need to be put to sleep. Don't worry, when you get your war with america I'll have plenty of your skulls on my beltloops.

Go take your meds...

My best guess would be that RUS are paying for and instigating this violence, in order to de-legitimize all opposition moderates included so that the pro-RUS gov't will be re-elected. Look at the people who have something to gain. What does the EU have to gain by turning most of the country against it's non-violent supporters because of the actions of a few hundred thugs? Only Rus gains from this violence.

Rus, Rus ...what do you know about Rus? Only Rus gains from this violence? Really, and US doesn't... are you retarded?

Senator John McCain visited Ukraine to support nationalists! God what is it with American politicians and actors all vocally trying to meddle in this? Just leave at least one country alone to sort out their own problems. Do the Americans not know that there is also a large portion of the population that do not want to lose the ties with Russia and move closer with the EU.
"Ukrain e will make Europe better and Europe will make Ukraine better" Really, are you sure about that?

Everywhere America spreads its tentacles ... I mean "freedom and liberty," there appears social chaos, destabilization, death, and destruction. That's not a coincidence. That's by design. America is not the champion of freedom. America is the champion of fanaticism disguised as freedom.

stepa Tulia' time='24.01.2014 22:11']Every time Ukraine was occupied, millions of people lost their lives and millions were lucky to escape. (west is full of Ukrainians that ran. 1.2 mil just in Canada)

[/q uote]
And what about hundreds thousands of Russians, Jewish or people who simply didn't share their fascist views and then were killed by Western Ukrainians during WWII??

Alex 25.01.2014 08:32

[quote name='stepa Tulia' time='24.01.2014 22:11']A lex, what is wrong with Russia? Are you kidding? “What is right with Russia?” is better question. Are you stuck in past? Russia is not occupying Ukrainian Lands. Crimea was always a Russian territory (since Peter the Great). What a shame, now it belongs to Ukraine! I lived there and know people do not have anything common with Western Ukrainian Nazis and want to go back to Russia.

Regula 25.01.2014 08:00

The majority of the people don't want the protests - what a sane reaction. Nothing can be accomplished with these protests other than mayhem and the destruction of the city. Unfortunately, the US doesn't care if they are nationalists - as long as they will destabilize Ukraine, which was clearly the US motive from the beginning in instigating these protests.

Wh at is wrong to be in a union with Russia! Majority of people who live in Eastern and Southern parts of Ukraine are Ukrainians and Russians. The protesters are Western Ukrainians were Nazis in WWII. There might me a civil war, like in Yugoslavia.

What a surprise, a Russian professor going against Maidan. Great person you guys picked. You DO realise Russia want the Maidan to fail so Ukraine joins Russia in a union, right? No. You sit there, safely at home, branding anyone that stands up to a corrupt government a "terrorist" ; ;.

One thing we should all undersand is that the west now
does not even pretend to follow any moral or other law.
They are totally unscruplus. They use primitive hired killers
in Syria (Al Qeda) and they use neonazis in the Ukraine to
bring about regime change.

The y have no interest in elections because they know they will lose.

Absolutely right!

These guys always are angry because of Russian meddling in their country's state of affairs.

As always people in US are brainwashed by their media or just simply ignorant... Stepan Bandera was a fascist, Western Ukrainian leader of Independent party who were fighting together with Nazis during WWII. Western Ukrainians in 1941-42 killed hundreds thousands of Jewish, Polish and Russian people. Do you support Rotten Fascist Regime???
