Nicaragua recognised South Ossetia and Abkhazia at the same time Russia loaned them billions of dollars to buy Russian arms now Venezuela has just recognised the two republic and they have been loaned over 2 billion to again buy Russian arms. I think there maybe a trend here. Chavez after recognition spoke of a domino affect where others in South America will recognise the two states I agree. And it will probably be triggered by similar deals. A few years ago in the British parliament we had the cash for questions scandal. The duma will soon have a gun for recognition scandal.
