Several court cases have been initiated in Ukraine against outgoing President Viktor Yushchenko’s decree to posthumously award controversial WWII figure and nationalist leader Stepan Bandera.

The reasoning for this court case are shaky at best. Bandera was murdered by Communists so no wonder they do not want here anything about this. Maybe the crimes of the past which the communists committed on the people of the Ukraine and all of Europe will become known. These people seem to have a status that is almost as protected as the people of israel.Long live Bandera!
