If we want to bring back some morale in politic and a more decent governance of mankind, those responsables for all the irakian and afghan tragedies must be brought to the International Penal Tribunal of The Hague and be judged for war-crimes and crimes against Humanity. What is lawful for serbes or africans is also applicable to americans. An inquiry should be set-up by the United-Nations to find out the whole truth about the events occured since George W. Bush election in 2000. Many questions need to be answered; then the USA will feel a lot better and get back their credibility, which is what the great majority of americans deserve. Sincerely. The author of the accusations has also made many more. I am so sick of all the conspiracy theories for Bush. Why don't you turn your head to Obama and all the crap he is doing. Are you sweeping it under the carpet and saying it is okay. Why is he using the Saudis in Yemen? Does he not have the guts to do it himself? Quit kicking an old dog and look at what is happening now. Looking backwards wastes energy. Obama is wasting our tax money, medical benefits, and lives now.

To add credibility to this story, which in view of past revelations is unsurprising, it would be helpful to know when Hersh made the statement, to whom he was speaking, and when and where it was recorded and first published.
