I want to beleive it can be done and most of the radiation can be cleaned and the city can be once again alive but radiation does not care about our wishes or thoughts in my best judgement i suggest they go forward with the origanal plan to build a permanant casket over the reactor. one that is completly sealed and can survive the weather and time.
