The whistle-blowing website released a CIA report on Wednesday that examines the consequences if foreign countries begin to perceive the US as an “exporter of terrorism.”

This was just more insurance, a high stakes game. Now think, if he has a document from inside the CIA. How many other documents does he have from inside the CIA? Are the CIA going to call his bluff? every one knows the US is exporting terrorism, it has been for years, that is not the issue. The issue is how much does this guy really have? Now the CIA have brushed this off, and in many ways he left them a door to do this. So maybe their reaction actually signals a truce? Let's see, great game!
