It's about time! It's naive to think Caucasus clans can police themselves. It's always been a melting pot of tribes, factions and tentions. Increased security and strong presence are needed there for at least the next 20-25 years so that the place doesn't follow Afghanistan/Iraq into abyss of violence. Of course, economic development and education of peace and tolerance has to follow both in schools and in society. Providing work for the young and giving them hope is a must, although I realize it's easier said than done in such depressive region. Perhaps construction and manufacturing jobs? Till then, security, security and once again security are paramount!
