Former Kyrgyz president charged with mass murder and polygamy in absentia

The Russian Constitutional Court ruled on April 19 that the ban on juries handling terrorist and spy cases does not contradict the Constitution and does not violate the rights of citizens to protection in court.

I don't care how the article argues in favor of such a move. The juries are being removed so that the Kremlin can exercice complete control over the judicial system and sentence upleasent to the regime people. It's that simple. Russia is being made more and more a totalitarian state, same as the USA. And "terrorism" is always a favorite tool...
