Russia’s Internal Ministry has come up with an idea on how tackle corruption: they suggest baiting officials to take bribes and firing those who cannot resist the temptation.
Is this the same thing as special interest donations in the United States, to corrupt influential politicians? Are politicians for sale in Russia? Are the bureaucrats very expensive to buy in Russia? Looks like Russia and the United States may have a lot in common in that regard. When Russia figures out a way to remove this rot from their society perhaps they can share it with the Anerican people. The American people would like to rid our country of this same evil, also.
Can Russia and USA help Vietnam ...this is the most corruption nation on earth today... Phan van Khai( the former prime minister),Nguyen Tan Dung Prime minister now, need to hang up asap. All Vietnam federal official need to inventory their fortune.85.000.000 Vietnamese peoples are crying...
To be corrupt when you are running a country IS traiterous and damaging to everyone else in that country. May I suggest we do and what we did in the imperial days, Hang them!
It'll soon stop then.

Easier to send them to siberia, but keep forgetting the Russians at the top like this idea of democracy.Corruption is an art.And officals have learnt it well.
