Just let them break off so that they can compete again instead of demon billionares jacking up everything. You buy your way to Heaven, and the rest of us will create Hell for you, tell them. You can't shoot an entire planet, and you already have population problems from trying and sins that travel from breakup of families. If they want money, make them take a crapload of responsibility too, but they never will. My dad could have paid for my tradeschool and fixed my teeth, but he didn't have to, and he even claimed me on his taxes to prevent my logical future, so his failure lives on to drain everyone and I'm mean. It's human nature to be greedy, especially in systems that support it, claim it as genius in disguise. When we break, which we will, like you will again, I've got my own country planned and mapped out on age of empires. Last night I had a giant alien tell me that is not possible for my brain to comphrend that which came from nothing. He then put a lot of pressure inside my brain to show me the mental function it would take to comprehend and it hurt. I can't be decently delusional in my country, and yours can't write what they want but have other freedoms. Unless you tie morals in with the law, religion isn't going to save you. I was good and it led me to Hell fire. There are people from earth inside my brain and gods from other places as well, even though there are no extra dimensions. One can't collect all, either good or bad, because one will destroy one. Globalization will go bankrupt, and I'm going to sit on my mountain and laugh at all of you.

Just leave it to Carnegie to spread its wisdom. Everything, absolutely everything, and down to the root --- has to be changed in Russia? Why? What for? So that Carnegie can bring the best of the best --- regional parties! Yeah, that's it. That is all Russia needed. One has to remember how certain members of the "international community", with Carnegie right there, broke up Yugoslavia, by FORBIDDING parties to be formed across ALL federal republics. Basically, parties were formed only within the boundaries of the republics, GUARANTEEING that the nationalist agenda --- take care of your own kin --- takes precedence over anything that the nation may have wanted. This was the way how the MAJORITY of people, who would have joined country-wide party, and kept Yugoslavia one country --- were silenced. Russia, like any other country need opposition voices to be heard. But today's opposition is not grown up yet, and rightfully cannot be trusted with governance. It is not good enough to throw tantrums on the streets, and show off its witty criticism in papers or on TV. They need to demonstrate that they understand the problems, and that they have the competent leadership with a great number of experts to demonstrate the ability to lead and potentially, ability to govern. It is not enough to be a Latinina, to mouth off bizarre criticisms all the time. Opposition is expected to come up with a platform, and convince electorate that they have a better way of governing. So far, there is not a single opposition party that I would consider capable of running the country. Getting a better quality opposition would be the first step. Once that happens, political forces will naturally realign. But if opposition just thinks that someone should hand over power to them on a silver platter, let them think again. Russia had enough turmoil for two generations. For that reason, electorate will be conservative, and cautious.

Obviously the president likes many parties. This is a very positive thing. Organize a lot of parties and just party all the time. Call this new thing something---like----"DEMOCRACY". Probably no one will know the difference.

I like the unique Russian democracy, with more than two major parties. This type of limited democracy works well in Russia. JUST REMEMBER that FREEDOM AND CIVIL RIGHTS COME WITH RESPONSIBILITIES! I also respect and like President Medvedev, very intelligent and reasonable person.

Russia is a Kleptocracy, those with power can steal and those that steal have power. There is not one single ideology behind this system, except its cynical own survival. Medvedev wants to decorate it with some more parties, otherwise it become too obvious, Russians , this is sand in your eyes, if you make the line of the dog a bit longer it still can not run free. Taxation is distribution of wealth, as long the rich can operate from Tortola, Nicosia etc the rich will become richer and the poor poorer.Everybody wonders where all the rich in Russia get their money from. p.s. Russia needs a larger and wealthier middle-class these people then authomatically will become more powerfull, self-conscious and decide their own fate, in stead of imposed democracy from the top. Hey , you editor of Rt, yes you who read this, do you dare to place this, without thinking about your job, your family , and all you have accomplished sofar? If that is not flashing through your mind, then Russia is on the route to becoming a democracy.

It's not the real deal, but they think that it might do for now. There could be a chicken in every pot and the poor no longer hungry, but this may still be out of reach and just a cruel dream..

Democracy,it is great, but what causes the demise in countries ,its values, once morality is forgotten, individual greed,a nation foundation is based on priciples of family and moral values, abandon these ,the end is not far away.unfortunately people relie on its goverments who write the laws,if govts fail, the vile elements in society take over, the only conclusion, either govts are ignorant, and to self interested in thier personal betterment.or eloquent oratory ,without any substance.
